Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in Calgary

Arrive at Calgary International Airport where your guide will meet you. Transfer to your downtown hotel. Evening welcome dinner and tour briefing. First glimpse of the Rockies on the drive into the city.

Day 2 — Calgary to Banff National Park

Drive west into Banff National Park — Canada's oldest national park. Stop at Bow Valley and Johnston Canyon en route. Afternoon walk along the shores of Bow Lake. Evening in Banff townsite.

Day 3 — Lake Louise & Moraine Lake

Morning visit to the legendary Lake Louise — its glacially-fed turquoise waters backed by Victoria Glacier are simply unforgettable. Afternoon at Moraine Lake in the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Optional canoe rental on Lake Louise.

Day 4 — Icefields Parkway Drive

One of the world's great drives — the Icefields Parkway stretches 232 km through the Rockies. Stop at Crowfoot Glacier, Peyto Lake (the wolf-shaped blue lake), Weeping Wall, and Parker Ridge for panoramic glacier views.

Day 5 — Columbia Icefield

Thrilling Ice Explorer ride onto the Athabasca Glacier — one of the most accessible glaciers in North America. Walk on 6,000-year-old ice. Optional Glacier Skywalk experience over the Sunwapta Valley.

Day 6 — Jasper National Park

Explore Jasper National Park — the largest in the Canadian Rockies. Morning hike at Maligne Canyon, the world's second-longest canyon. Afternoon boat tour on Maligne Lake to Spirit Island. Evening wildlife spotting (elk, deer, bears).

Day 7 — Banff Hot Springs & Free Time

Return drive along the Icefields Parkway south, stopping at Sunwapta Falls and Athabasca Falls. Afternoon at the Banff Upper Hot Springs — natural hot mineral pools with stunning mountain views. Evening farewell dinner in Banff.

Day 8 — Departure from Calgary
